ICFM Azerbaijan was founded in 2007 by Nuriyya Novruzova. APFM is a full member of The European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for small and medium-sized enterprises (EFAA) also working with different organisations across Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belorussia, Kirgiziya).
Our members are corporate companies, individual practices, employed bookkeepers, financial managers and internal auditors.

Our members are highly qualified professionals.
